Jato bytecode coverage on i386

I finally managed to update and publish the status of supported bytecodes on i386 (we're currently at 32%). The bulk of the missing bytecodes is 64-bit integers, floating point, and arrays although exception handling and switch statements are going to be much harder to implement. There are also some low hanging fruits such as adding support for rest of the branch bytecode instructions and wide instructions.

Changes in Summer of Code Projects

Stanislav Muhametsin dropped out but fortunately there was still enough time to swap in Saeed Muhammad Abdullah to work on support for the array bytecode instructions (thanks Leslie!).
